Drones have opened up a whole host of new opportunites in photography. They offer access to vantage points that were previously impossible and make shots possible that previously photographers could only dream about.
Property
Used with care (and sometimes the best decision can be not to use a drone at all) they can help show off a house or building in ways not possible from the ground. They can offer access, not just to a choice of height, but also angles you can't explore any other way.
Land
Drones are invaluable when it comes to photographing land. Whether it is agriculatural, forest, coast, specific features or installations such as solar farms - drone photography is really the only cost-effective way to show what is on offer.
Cities & Landscapes
Cities can offer limited vantage points for photographing buildings and features. Drones offer the abilty to get shots from places that would otherwise be impossible. Place setting is so important when photographing architecure and drones can unlock the maximum potential.
I’m a CAA qualified, fully insured drone pilot with hundreds of hours of flight experience. As a photographer first, I bring my expertise and professional eye to the compositions shot with my drone. I was a little hesitant to create a webpage so dedicated to drone photography as I consider it a tool to help me get the best images of a project possible, as opposed to being an actual form of photography in its own right. My aim, as with all my photography is to create the very best images and, without a drone, sometimes that would not be possible.
